B2 - advanced German classes: Introduction

This course is conducted according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. With our experience and service you are now able to enhance the possibility to learn B2 level in Nepal, VHS is trying to set up an extended class schedule. As most of our courses are taught by native and experienced tutor, this course will be held by an expert.

Content of B2

You learn to express yourself freely in German, and to argue your point, across a broad range of topics. When it comes to reading, you are introduced to lengthy and complex texts, ranging from poems to popular science texts. In writing, you learn to also produce these texts yourself. With the help of listening exercises, you learn to understand spoken German, not just in everyday situations, but also in the case of more difficult radio and television programmes.

During the introcution seminar we got informations to history and politics of the country. The situaiton of the people living in Nepal as well as festivals and habit were is explained in detail and we got tips for our behaviour in daily life (shopping, dress, food, hygenic issues, what to do if sick etc.). The speeches with short movies and powerpoint were very informative. practical demonstration were presented in a humorous way and left space open for surprises.
